The Cardassians were guilty of raping thousands of Bajoran women during their occupation of Bajor. (DS9 episode: "Duet")
The Bajoran Naka Tormak was held in Cardassian captivity and repeatedly raped by one of her guards. When she was liberated in 2370, her first act was to take revenge by smashing the Cardassian's skull with a large rock. (DS9 novel: Devil in the Sky)
In some cases, the acts of rape lead to the conception of a child. Examples include:
- Athena Palamas, conceived when Apollo secretly impregnated Carolyn Palamas. (NF novel: Gods Above)
- Ian Andrew Troi, was conceived when an energy being secretly impregnated Deanna Troi. (TNG episode: "The Child")
- Soleta, the daughter of Rajari and his victim, T'Pas. (NF novel: Requiem)
- Sela, conceived as a result of Volskiar's rape of Tasha Yar. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Heart)
