Ratok was a Romulan that was active after the events of the 'Ba'ku Crisis' and was attempting to uncover the location of the Xenophore Seed bio-weapon. In 2376, he managed to uncover the code of the organism within the body of the scientist Xa'tal on the planet Ba'ku and had her terminated so a strike force could take the code. They succeeded and attempted to use the code to aid the Romulan Star Empire but this ended with failure. (TNG video game: Hidden Evil)
