Biography[]
By the 2260s decade, Stiles served as an officer in the Imperial Starfleet. In the year 2266, after John Gill had become Emperor, Stiles was appointed to the position of Genetic Purity Minister within Gill's cabinet, likely as repayment of favors extended to him over the years by the influential Stiles family. Some of Stiles' ancestors were among the few Terran casualties of the Earth-Romulan War. Consequently, he tended to see Romulans lurking around every corner, convinced that Romulan intelligence operatives were somehow responsible for every setback suffered by the Gill regime.
