Razka Karn was a male Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. He was once a pilot and a smuggler in the Resistance, from where he became friends with Kira Nerys and Lorit Akrem. (DS9 episode: "Indiscretion", CCG set: Deep Space Nine)

After the end of the Occupation, Razka became a seller of scrap metal. His life was still dangerous and he was pursued by both the Cardassians and the Tholians.

After the Ravinok disappeared with Lorit among those aboard, Razka heard a rumor of its location although it proved to be a dead end. However, in 2372, Razka was sold a piece of a ship that the Ferengi had discovered in orbit of Dozaria. Kira and Skrain Dukat later met with Razka and Dukat verified it was from the Ravinok. (DS9 episode: "Indiscretion")

Razka enjoyed listening to classical music such as Varani's. (CCG set: Deep Space Nine)
