In the 2097, the Andorian settlers of Weytahn were placed in refugee camps by the Vulcans. The planet Matalas also a had refugee camp, where the Denobulan, Doctor Phlox encountered mob of 50 patients there.(ENT episodes: "Cease Fire", "Dear Doctor")

24th century

During the Cardassian Union's Occupation of Bajor, refugee camps were found at places such as Singha and Relliketh on Bajor. Others camps where Bajorans were placed included Valo II.(DS9 episodes: "Emissary", "Shadowplay", "Second Skin", "Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night"; TNG episode: "Rascals")
