Regis Kedder was a 23rd century Human man. He served as a supervisor in Starfleet Intelligence.
In the 2270s or 2280s, Kedder was a station chief for Starfleet Intelligence sector 3 based at the Argelius field station on Argelius II. When Kedder's recently transferred field agent Lyn Kane disappeared while on shore leave, Kedder organized a task group to investigate, serving as its case/contact officer.
