Reglech D'Pru was a 24th century Human man, a denizen of the failed New Paris colony on the planet Turkana IV.

Biography[]

During the youth of Tasha Yar, Reglech was a gang leader who served as her chief tormentor during her struggle to survive.

In the year 2364, Reglech and his associates were approached by Q, who wished to use them to test the humanity of the crew of the Federation starship USS Enterprise. Reglech and his gang possessed personal area cloaking device units, and Q gave them a strange non-functional spacecraft. Once the Enterprise tried to rescue the Humans, they fell victim to the plans of both Reglech and Q, although Q quickly lost control of the situation when the Q Continuum temporarily removed his powers for violating his promise not to trouble the Enterprise. (TNG comics: "Q Factor", "Q's Day", "Q Affects!")
