Regradnischrak was a Antarean reporter from Antares VIII who covered the Federation Council for Sebrotnizskeapoierf in the 24th century.

In 2379, Regradnischrak attended a press conference where Kant Jorel, the Federation Council's liaison to the press announced the candidates for the special election for the President of the United Federation of Planets. As always, when called on, Regradnischrak corrected the pronunciation of its name, though Kant was never able to tell the difference. Regradnischrak asked whether any of the candidates would be addressing the issue of alternative sources of faster-than-light travel. (TNG novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)

A few months later in March 2380, Regradnischrak attended another Council press briefing in which Artrin na Yel took questions from the press after giving his resignation speech. Regradnischrak was called on first and asked why Artrin had limited his apology to the Chameloid Wusekl whom he was partially responsible for falsely imprisoning. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
