The Reman Science Officer, real name unknown, was a male Reman, and member of the Reman Resistance movement led by Obisek, opposing the Tal Shiar, and later a science officer in Starfleet.
After Obisek led his people to live aboard the massive space station known as The Vault, one member of the resistance wished to pursue a career in Starfleet, and joined the crew of one of the Starfleet ships that had aided Obisek's struggle against the Tal Shiar. (STO mission: "Cutting the Cord")
