Renarg was a Klingon general of Bardak Linron, an opponent of Kahless the Unforgettable.
Six days into the Battle of Fom Kerdeth, Bardak Linron sent General Renarg to supposedly enter into negotiations with Kahless' forces to end the fighting. This was a ruse however, and when Renarg entered Kahless' camp he detonated an explosive device strapped to his chest. Kahless was not present at the time, but many warriors were killed. Renarg was remembered as the inspiration of Project Renarg. (DS9 novel: Vengeance)
