The Resolution of Non-Interference was a document signed by various members of the United Federation of Planets and served as a United Federation Bill of Rights. It was signed at least two centuries ago.

The drafting of the Resolution was an important period as it had pulled together various fractured members of the Federation at the time. It did this by putting a basic position in plain language the philosophies the Federation had hoped to pursue. Many historians felt that the Resolution was a turning point in early Federation development and aided in the formation of Starfleet's Prime Directive.

Thaddaeus Riker served as one of the principal drafters of the Resolution whose named became affirmed in the document along with fifty other representatives of the various colonies, outposts and bases. (TNG novel: Double or Nothing)
