The Resources Corporation of Deneva was a business operating on the planet Deneva in the 22nd and 23rd centuries. It was initially associated with the Earth Cargo Service; however, the two companies cut ties in 2157, a move which led to the Deneva colony's economic independence from Earth. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)

Carter Winston was a representative of the Resources Corporation of Deneva.

The Resources Corporation owned the Lalande 8 mining complex. By 2176 SFC, a geophysicist working at the complex had discovered a new property of dilithium crystals that could better focus the energies of a matter/antimatter reaction, and could potentially lead to the development of a new generation of warp engines and weapons systems. The Federation quickly commenced a highly classified engineering project at Lalande 8 to develop dilithium technology. The contractor for the Lalande project was Carter Winston.
