Rha-Teramaet was a male Efrosian in Starfleet in the 24th century. As of 2328, he held the rank of Ensign, and served aboard the USS Gettysburg.
In that year, Ensign Teramaet was a member of an assault team assigned to capture a secret Cardassian surveillance post hidden beneath the surface of the moon of Delavi III. He and his surviving teammates -- Lieutenants David Gold, Augustus Bradford and Mairin ni Bhroanin, and Ensign Jolev -- would remain fast friends for the remainder of their careers.
In early 2377 Rha-Teramaet contracted a rare degenerative nerve disease which struck some Efrosians in their middle age. He spent four months in the medical facilities at Starbase 515 before finally dying, one day after speaking via subspace to David Gold, and making plans for a visit. (CoE eBook: Turn the Page)
