Rhehiv'je was a Romulan city, located on the Romulan home planet Romulus.
At one point, troops from Rhehiv'je besieged the neighboring city of Ihhliae. The Senator from the city came out and begged the Rhehiv'jen to have mercy on her people, who were starving. The Rhehiv'jen commander announced that all the women could leave the city with their most valuable possessions on their backs. The women carried out the men. One year later, Ihhlaie troops besieged Rhehiv'je. (TOS - Rihannsu novel: The Romulan Way)
