Richard MacNeill was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
MacNeill was born in the mid 2250s as a Federation citizen. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
MacNeill gained professional-level training in electronics and joined the colony's support staff as a technician. He was also qualified in ecology. Among Human colonists, he ranked second in intelligence and sixth in charisma.
In 2283, when he was 27 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. MacNeill supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, although if forced to choose an alliance he preferred that the colony go under Federation control.
