Riku was a 24th century Human who owned a starship hire company in the 2370s.
He had a daughter, who he allowed to name three new ships he had acquired in 2375. She named them Lion, Witch and Wardrobe after the popular novel, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Riku gave Ezri Dax rental use of the Wardrobe in 2376. (DS9 - The Left Hand of Destiny novel: Book Two)
