Ritella

Ritella was a planet in the galaxy's Delta Quadrant, and one of the 53 members of the Confederacy of the Worlds of the First Quadrant. In the 2380s decade, Ritella was considered one of the outer colonies. (VOY novel: Acts of Contrition)

When the Starfleet officer Clarissa Glenn introduced herself as a medical practitioner to the Djinari Doctor Kwer in the year 2382, Kwer guessed Glenn was from Ritella. (VOY novel: Acts of Contrition)
