Robert Hewitt Wolfe was a writer and producer on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He can be seen as a wounded Starfleet officer leaving Deep Space 9 in the fifth season finale "Call to Arms". This was an in-joke as he left the series at that point.
He also wrote Legends of the Ferengi with Ira Steven Behr.
