This character is a member of the Picard family native to the mirror universe.
For the primary universe counterpart, see Robert Picard.
See Picard for other articles with titles that contain, either by relationship or by coincidence, this character's surname.

In the mirror universe, Robert Picard was a Terran male who lived during the 24th century. He was a vintner and the elder brother of Jean-Luc Picard.

Prior to 2371, he was killed trying to defend his winery, Château Picard, against the occupying forces of the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. Robert was buried under the winery grounds. He was survived by his wife and son, although Jean-Luc assumed that they had been killed or enslaved by the Alliance.

By 2371, there was an ore processing plant on the former château grounds, though Picard was presumably still buried there. (TNG - Mirror Universe novel: The Worst of Both Worlds)

In the Mirror Universe Trilogy written by William Shatner and Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens, Robert Picard was assassinated by his brother, Jean-Luc.
It is not made clear whether or not Robert's wife and son were the mirror universe counterparts of Marie Picard and René Picard.
