Robert Scott was a Human man, the brother of Montgomery Scott. He lived in Glasgow, Scotland and was employed as a rocket engine designer.

History[]

In 2231, at Montgomery's urging, he and young Robbie sneaked into the nearby Linlithgow shipyards where their father worked. Robert warned Monty that his mother would kill them for being out late, and they were soon caught by a security guard. Robert hid behind his brother, who explained to the guard how some of the stored starship wiring had been poorly designed. (TOS comic: "Scotty")

In 2266, while the USS Enterprise was at the Luna repair base, Scott told Spock of his plans to visit Robby's family after spending time at the Engineers' Club. He invited Spock to come with him, but he declined. (TOS comic: "Furlough to Fury")
