Roberto "Bobbie" LaManna (2277-237?) was a human male born in 2277. He was a small-time lothario and con artist who would charm a woman into marriage only to steal all her worldly possessions and leave her.
In 2314 he made his fourth such marriage to Nanietta Bacco on Cestus III. Within four years she caught on to his scheme and divorced him, but not before they had had a daughter, Annabella.
Eventually he settled on Rigel VIII and opened a tavern that became popular with the miners there. He died of natural causes some years prior to 2379. (TNG novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)
