Rodriguez was Human male of the 24th century. He was a member of Starfleet who served in security aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D.

In the year 2368, Rodriguez participated in a non-lethal assault on a Kaylar-held dam on Votar VII led by Lieutenant Worf.
