Ronald D. Moore was a writer and producer on Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and (briefly) Star Trek: Voyager, as well as co-writer of Generations and Star Trek: First Contact.

Moore was also a creative consultant for the games Star Trek: Klingon and Star Trek: Borg and provided afterwords for the novelization of "Trials and Tribble-ations" and the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual. He also wrote an introduction to Star Trek: The Next Generation 365.

Since Star Trek, Moore has served as executive producer on the 2004 remake of Battlestar Galactica, Outlander and For All Mankind.
