In 2409, Captain Rose was in command of the USS Salk when it transported medical supplies from the Allied Zone of the Solanae Dyson Sphere to the Contested Zone, where the delivery was taken over by another ship, on the orders of Commander Lovik of the IKS Tev. (STO mission: "Medical Relief")
