Royce was a 24th century Human man who served in Starfleet's sciences division in the 2360s decade.
Biography[]
Royce was assigned as a scientist aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D around the year 2367, with the officer rank of lieutenant. He was known for his very narrow and intense focus in his work, which resulted in complex work but limited productivity. Royce also acted as set designer for Doctor Beverly Crusher's dramatic productions. (TNG - Slings and Arrows eBook: That Sleep of Death)
