Dr. Royse is a male Bolian molecular archaeologist in the 24th century, considered representative of scientists serving in Starfleet. In 2373, he took a sabbatical from the Daystrom Institute annex on Galor IV to serve aboard the USS Enterprise-E. He was aboard the Enterprise when it travelled to the year 2063 to eliminate a Borg threat. Royse is a friend to fellow archaeologist Vash. (CCG set: First Contact)
