Lieutenant Rubin was an Earth Starfleet officer during the Earth-Romulan War.

History[]

In 2156, Rubin served as the tactical officer of the Challenger during the Battle of Andoria. During the battle, Rubin reported to Captain Dunsel on the status of the battle. Rubin, along with the rest of the crew, was killed when the Challenger self-destructed. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
