The sa-te kru was a type of large, cat-like animal lifeform, native to the planet Vulcan.

Like the le-matya, the sa-te kru was a dangerous predator. Spock used the Vulcan nerve pinch on a sa-te kru in his adolescence. (TOS comic: "When Worlds Collide: Spock Confronts the Ultimate Challenge")
