The Sabu'ka region is a region of space in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrant, located between the borders of the United Federation of Planets and the Klingon Empire.

The Sabu'ka region was claimed by both the Federation and the Klingons, but not yet incorporated into the Federation-Klingon Neutral Zone.
In the year 2270, the Sabu'ka region was chosen by the hijackers of the USS Star Empire as their rendezvous point with the USS Enterprise. While there, they were attacked by a group of birds of prey. (TOS - Fortunes of War novel: Dreadnought!)
