Sakill

The Sakill were a race of the collective known as the Host, also named Furies by Commander Spock. They are described having "ridged foreheads and long braided hair". (TNG - Invasion! novel: The Soldiers of Fear)

Although not explicitly mentioned the brief description may indicate the Sakill were among those furies who resembled the Klingon Fek'lhr.
