Samuel Tashket was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Tashket was born in the early 2250s as a Federation citizen and took qualified-level training in agricultural technology. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
Tashket married Valerie Townsend and had a son around the turn of the 2280s, Carl. He ranked highly among Human colonists in endurance and luck, and was semiskilled in sports and games. He worked as a farmer.
In 2283, when he was 30 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Tashket supported an alliance with the Federation, but if forced to choose another option he was much more likely to favor an alliance with the Klingon Empire to the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World.
