The San Diego Chronicle was a newspaper published in the 21st century in San Diego, California in the United States.
History[]
In 2052, the Chronicle covered a press conference by Colin Blakeney in which he announced the first successful teleportation of chimpanzee Harry using an experimental transporter. The front page was devoted to social and political fallout from the historical event. Articles reported threats by an organization known as Life Club, that the United States Supreme Court ordered inventor Colin Blakeney to cease further experiments for one week, and that the Global Transportation Consortium was suing Blakeney on grounds of public safety.
