Sandra MacDugall was a 23rd century Human woman who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
MacDugall was born in the mid 2230s as a Federation citizen. She gained professional-level training in small equipment systems operation and ground vehicle operations. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, she was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
She served on the colony's science staff. Among Human colonists, she ranked among those with the most endurance.
In 2283, when she was 48 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. MacDugall supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, although if forced to choose an alliance she was slightly more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
