Sandra Yuan was a Human female, who served as enlisted in the Federation Starfleet, in the 22nd century.
Biography[]
By February 2165, she served on the USS Pioneer in the security division with the rank of crewman, and manned the tactical console while armory officer Valeria Williams lead an away team to a Ware trading post, and delivered the killing blow to the station after the team escaped. In July of the same year, Yuan was part of a rescue team that was sent to the Pebru homeworld to extract all Starfleet personnel from the Pebru government building that came under siege by rioters. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Live by the Code)
