Sarah T. Peterson was a medical technician serving aboard the USS Enterprise in 2268 under chief medical officer Leonard McCoy.

History[]

In 2268, Peterson was among a group of medical technicians not on duty or taking shore leave on Deep Space Station M-20 who would be available assist Nurse Sandra West to rack samples. When McCoy heard the computer list Peterson along with Carey Ivers, it reminded him of Karen Patterson, who had written an article about xenopolycythemia. Distracted, he asked West to assign a half duty shift to either Peterson or Philip Carmen. (TOS - S31 novel: Cloak)
