Sarah Susan Eckert was a female Human born in the United States of America, on Earth sometime prior to the 23rd century. Eckert was the first female African-American to serve as President of the United States of America. Her accomplishments in office were significant enough that her likeness was added to Mount Rushmore at some point prior to 2287. (TOS novelization: The Final Frontier)
