Saurian brandy is an alcoholic drink, a type of brandy manufactured by Saurians, a reptilian-type species from the planet Sauria. (Reference book: The Worlds of the Federation).
In 2293, James T. Kirk bequeathed two bottles of Saurian brandy to Montgomery Scott following his death. (TOS novel: Crucible: "The Fire and the Rose").
A rare bottle of Saurian brandy was kept by Quark in his bar in 2366. Following Rom's accident involving a glass of Romulan ale and a drunken Cardassian patron, the Cardassian grabbed the bottle and tipped the contents over Rom's head. (TNG novel: Double Helix: "Vectors").
