The Sea of Tranquillity (also spelled Sea of Tranquility and known as Mare Tranquillitatis) was a location on the planet Earth's moon, Luna, in the northern hemisphere on the side facing Earth at coordinates 0°41'15" N latitude and 23°26' E longitude.
