Seedea Base

Seedea Base was a Federation space station, a Sierra class starbase in Starfleet service in the 25th century. It was stationed in planetary orbit in the Seedea star system, located in the Xarantine sector of the galaxy's Beta Quadrant. Commanding officer was Base Commander Sinool. (STO - J'Ula's Discovery mission: "The Centre Cannot Hold")

History[]

Seedea Base was in Starfleet service in the early 2410s decade.

In the year 2411, sometime after stardate 84999.22, the combined forces of House Mo'Kai and their allies among Great Houses attacked Seedea Station and assigned Starfleet vessels. The Klingons deployed a computer virus that crippled the starbase's defenses and commandeered the Starfleet vessels.

Incoming Khitomer Alliance forces led by the USS Enterprise-F disabled and repaired the Federation ships. The Mo'Kai forces left moments before their virus disabled containment on Seedea Base. The station detonated just as Commander Sinool issued the order to abandon station. (STO - J'Ula's Discovery mission: "The Centre Cannot Hold")
