Seezar was a jarokk of the Eunacian people. He set off for a 10,000 year voyage from the Gamma Quadrant for the test of Ifd.
His ship was stranded above Oriens Alpha IV while the whole crew was kept in the cryogenic pods. The ship was encountered by the USS Enterprise-D when they visited the planet to investigate the Diagoran fever and detected that its orbit would bring it down. An away team transported there and made the necessary repairs.
Seezar awoke and thanked the ship for their help but was sad that the ship could not afford go on for the test of Ifd. He presented Jean-Luc Picard a tavad which would help him when the Ifd would return. (TNG video game: Echoes from the Past)
