Seginus (also known as Gamma Boötis or 27 Boötis) is a star system, a binary star in the space of the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant.

History and specificsEdit

This system was located 85 light years from Earth, visible in the constellation of Boötes. Seginus was in the general vicinity of Federation space, nearby to 94 Aquarii, Xendi Sabu, Maxia Zeta and the unnamed binary system where AR-558 is located. (ST reference: Star Charts)

This system's orbit was the location of a planetary system. (ST video game: Starfleet Command III)

In SFC3 gameplay, this name was part of a list that were applied to systems on the game map, with random attributes assigned to them.
