Dr. Sem Veress
Doctor Sem Veress was a Cardassian scientist, working on Cardassia Prime. Veress had a strong dislike for Humans, something he did not hide.
In 2371, he was the chief scientist, in charge of trying to extract Thomas Riker's secrets of how he was duplicated in order to create the perfect army. Veress worked closely on this project with his colleague Ker Jaana. When Dr. Duran Nol took over from him, he gave her all of his notes. (DS9 comic: "Sole Asylum")
