Sessai Choro (died 1557) was a Japanese abbot. Tokugawa Ieyasu studied under him. In 1600, Lady Oneko mentioned Tokugawa's studies under Sessai at the Seikenji monastery to the time-lost Hikaru Sulu when urging him to take her there. (TOS novel: Home Is the Hunter)
