The Seychelles was an Earth nation-state.
According to Khan Noonien Singh, in September 1992 Augment Dictator Ama Owusu annexed the Seychelles into United Africa. By 1996, the Seychelles was part of the African Caliphates before the Augment dictatorships were overthrown. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")
