In the mirror universe, the free starship ShiKahr was a Memory Omega jaunt ship in service to the Galactic Commonwealth, in the late 24th century.

History[]

In the year 2386, the ShiKahr was involved in meetings between the Galactic Commonwealth and the Dominion to establish a peace treaty when it was infiltrated by Breen Spetzkar Operatives from the primary universe that had been tasked with capturing the vessel for the Typhon Pact. Its crew was executed by the Breen soldiers as they made preparations to jump back to the primary universe. Commonwealth Starfleet forces, aided by their Dominion allies, gave chase, allowing Julian Bashir, Sarina Douglas and an away team from the Enterprise time to access the ship. After engaging the Breen, the away team was able to sabotage the drive systems of the vessel. This caused it to travel to the primary universe; however, it also jumped back in time to 3 August 2383. The ship then crashed on the surface of Tirana III where it was lost with all hands. (S31 novel: Disavowed)

Breen forces would later find the debris left behind from the advanced starship. Deploying their forces, teams of Breen engineers began dismantling the ship to reverse engineer the technologies of the jaunt ship. The Federation Starfleet discovered evidence of the Breen's actions and deployed the USS Enterprise-E to investigate. In June 2384, the Enterprise located and blanketed the crash site to prevent the technology from falling into the hands of the Breen Confederacy and, by extension, the Typhon Pact. (TNG - Cold Equations novel: Silent Weapons)

The loss of the advanced technologies led the Breen to launch an assault upon the mirror universe to capture another jaunt ship; however, these actions instead created a temporal loop which led to the initial event, as the target ship was, again, the ShiKahr. (S31 novel: Disavowed)
