The Shikedan traveler was a male Shikedan merchant who visited Oan in 2152. During his visit, the Oani were attacked by Wanderer. The Shikedan traveler was convinced by Wanderer to believe and inform the Oani that they were dying of an undetectable microbe. He departed the planet and returned to Shikeda.
