Shimizu was a 23rd century Human man who served in Starfleet as an administrative officer aboard the USS Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk in the 2260s decade.
Biography[]
In 2269, Ensign Shimizu had been tasked with assigning a science officer to repair damage done by exposure by hypergiant stellar energy to computers in engineering. But a week later, he hadn't assigned the job, leaving Montgomery Scott to complain about it to Spock. Spock found Shimizu on the bridge and personally assigned him the repair work.
