Simeon was a Romulan starship captain from an unspecified era; presumably sometime in the 27th century. His starship resembled the modified mining ship Narada. He pursued Voula's ship, the USS Wells, back through time to the 21st century in an attempt to find The Core. He hoped to change the timeline by hampering the Federation's growth in the past. His efforts were thwarted by Voula, working with Commander Sean Christopher of the fledgling Starfleet. (ST Performance: Star Trek Live)
