In 2381, Skorn was an ambassador and represented the Gorn Hegemony at a meeting of the Typhon Pact on Typhon I. Skorn was delighted with Tomalak's announcement that the Romulans would soon share cloaking technology with all the Typhon Pact powers. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)
