Skull stew was a type of Klingon food, a stew with the key feature of which was a skull of some sort of animal. (ST reference: The Star Trek Encyclopedia)

Skull stew originated in an illustration on DS9's Replimat[citation needed], though the dish was never directly referenced on-screen.
